Starting in the fall of 2024, Plusforest Co., Ltd. will launch a new business format as Anne Winery & Brewery in partnership with O's Craftwork at Anne Winery's Komoro Brewery in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture.
The microbrewery "Anne Winery & Brewery" will be born in the castle town of Shinshu Komoro.

About "Anne Winery & Brewery"
Plusforest Co., Ltd. is a company that produces and sells wine and cider under the trade name "Anne Winery" across two business locations in Komoro City and Karuizawa Town.
This fall, the company plans to consolidate its wine and cider production operations at its Karuizawa Town brewery, while inviting O's Craftwork to the Komoro City brewery to prepare for the launch of low-malt beer (happoshu) production as the craft brewery "Hokkoku Kaido Beer".
Becoming a New Attraction!
This time, the two parties will collaborate in a technical partnership covering winemaking and craft beer brewing, and will also work on developing fruit beers using local fruits from Komoro City, striving to showcase new charms of regional specialties.
At the store housing the Komoro City brewery, the former winery space will be turned into a brewery, while the wine shop on the first floor and the guest house on the second floor will continue operations.
It will be reborn under the nickname "Anne Winery & Brewery."
In addition, Hokkoku Kaido Beer will serve fresh, freshly brewed craft beer and will also cooperate in the development of fruit beers using local fruits.
Furthermore, a pre-opening shop event for Anne Winery & Brewery "Hokkoku Kaido Beer" will reportedly be held on August 12.
This winery & brewery is likely to become a hot topic among Japanese wine fans as well.
