As part of its FY2022 "Wine Prefecture Yamanashi" Fine Sake and Fine Food Promotion Project, the prefecture has been working on the autumn/winter promotion "Yamanashi: Delicious journeys as plentiful as our drinks," rolling out multifaceted promotional activities throughout the prefecture so that diverse demographics with varying tastes and preferences can enjoy Yamanashi's fine drinks and fine dining.
This time, restaurants and lodging facilities across the prefecture have created special menus featuring locally sourced ingredients.
