"wa-syu OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP" (hereinafter wa-syu) is an online shop operated by Jun Co., Ltd. that proposes the enjoyment of Japanese wine.
The online shop began offering products from Tokushima Prefecture's first winery, "Natan Wine Farm", on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

About "Natan Wine Farm"
"Natan Wine Farm" is the first winery in Tokushima Prefecture, established in 2021 in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, by Namika Inoshita, who transitioned from sommelier to viticulturist and winemaker.
While working as a sommelier, her unstoppable love for wine led her to decide to transition to becoming a viticulturist and winemaker.
Taking her marriage as an opportunity, she relocated to Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, in 2014 and set out to establish a winery in earnest; as of 2023, she cultivates more than 10 grape varieties—including Delaware, Pinot Noir, and Yama Sauvignon—with abundant affection across six vineyard plots.
The winery's philosophy is: "Consistently approach grape growing, winemaking, and our connections with customers with love = 'and love'".
Guided by the wish to "deliver the art of natural things just as they are, beloved even if unrefined," the wines of "Natan Wine Farm" adhere to "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered" principles (with minimal or no added sulfites).
Incidentally, "Natan" in "Natan Wine Farm" was reportedly inspired by the prophet "Nathan" who appears in the Old Testament, named for its meaning of "a gift from God."
Because wine emits an enchanting aroma, intoxicates the drinker, and acts like a "witch's aphrodisiac" that coaxes out one's true feelings, the winery's symbol is said to take the shape of a witch-like silhouette.
