We strive to grow grapes that make the most of the climate and soil characteristics of this place.

In Japan's hot and rainy climate, we believe the use of crop-protection products, particularly fungicides, is essential for growing and harvesting healthy, high-quality grapes, but we are working to reduce their use as much as possible.

We propagate our own wine-grape vines by combining rootstocks suited to the soil with selected superior scion wood from existing vines.

【Winemaking】

To bring out the fullest character of grapes grown here and create compelling wines that convey a true sense of place, we incorporate fermentation by the grapes' native yeasts and pursue straightforward, unforced winemaking.
