The Spirit of Tateshinapple
Tateshina Town is blessed with clear water flowing from Mt. Tateshina, an exceptional rate of sunny days, a climate with large temperature differences, and clay-rich soil. Apples grown in this rich environment have long been treasured by many people as gifts.
Yet these apples can be enjoyed fresh for only a few months each year. Wanting more people to discover their deliciousness and to enjoy it throughout the year, we began making products such as apple juice and dried fruit. Our pulpy apple juice, made without adding or taking anything away so that it tastes just like the fruit itself, has won the support of many customers and is now served even at well-known establishments in Tokyo.
