A winery established in 2017 year 6 month 30 day in the Kitaono district of Shiojiri City. Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, is nationally famous as a grape and wine region. Among Shiojiri City, where great grapes are cultivated in renowned areas such as "Kikyogahara" and "Iwadarehara," which Mercian and Suntory have made famous worldwide, and emerging areas like "Seba" and "Kakizawa," Kitaono is the newest district with the highest altitude (850m).
The winery values the history and techniques inherited from earlier generations, carrying them into the present without losing their meaning.
While respecting tradition, the winery continues to change with the times and take on new challenges so that its work can be passed on to the next generation.
