About the "White Experience"
The "White Experience" is an event held at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay, an urban resort hotel set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city while located within Osaka City.
The venue is the Water Garden, where the white designer chapel "Eternity"—named after the word for forever—floats, and projection mapping will display images such as snowflakes in synchronization with falling snow effects, delivering a magical world of light.
Wines from "Katashimo Winery" Too!
This time, dining experiences themed around the "White Experience" are also being rolled out simultaneously.
A dinner paired with wines from "Katashimo Winery," the oldest winery in western Japan, is available at the "Pure Natale" special seats, which offer the best position to enjoy the event.
An elaborate Italian menu is served, featuring dishes such as domestic beef cheek braised slowly until tender and a dessert presented with a performance where sweets emerge from white mist.
For the wine pairings that accompany the cuisine, sommeliers reportedly visited local Osaka's "Katashimo Winery"—known as the oldest existing winery in western Japan—in person to select and propose the wines.
