About the Dinner Event
With more than 100 years of history, Tomi no Oka Winery is one of Japan’s leading premium wineries operated by Suntory.
The Westin Yokohama dinner will serve a seven-course menu pairing selected Tomi no Oka wines with seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture.
Food and Wine
The meal begins with appetizers evoking early summer, accented with white asparagus, mulberries, and grape aromas.
The menu continues through wood-fire-finished fish and meat dishes to a dessert with smoky aromas, creating a gastronomic experience for all five senses.
Pairings include rare wines such as Tomi Red and Tomi no Oka Rosé, representative bottles from Tomi no Oka Winery.
Guests can enjoy a distinctive marriage of food and wine available only on this evening.
The price is ¥50,000 per person, including tax and service charge.
