From March 13 through April 20, 2025, “Yatsugatake Rosé Wine Street 2025” will be held at RISONARE Yatsugatake.
This year’s event will offer even more ways to enjoy rosé wine, including six new finger foods designed to pair with rosé.

About “Yatsugatake Rosé Wine Street 2025”
“Yatsugatake Rosé Wine Street 2025” is a spring event held at RISONARE Yatsugatake, a resort hotel surrounded by the rich natural scenery of the Yatsugatake area.
The hotel’s main street, Piment Street, will be decorated in a festive spring atmosphere with rosé-colored wine glasses and parasols inspired by the shades of rosé wine. This year, six finger foods designed to pair with rosé wine will also make their debut.
In addition, an event called “First Rosé Wine Tasting” will be held, giving even wine beginners an easy way to learn about the flavors and production methods of rosé wine.

During the event, spring-like finger foods unified in rosé hues will be offered, including a berry tart made with three kinds of berries and a touch of red wine, a berry macaron packed with raspberry flavor, and bruschetta topped with smoked rainbow trout, celery and orange.
Sommelier-selected pairing wines will also be available, making it a great opportunity to explore how rosé wines differ in flavor depending on grape variety and winemaking method.
