“Yatsugatake Wine Festa 2025” will bring together 200 Yamanashi wines, available in pours starting from 40 ml, along Piment Street, Risonare Yatsugatake’s main street.
Plans also include “wine hoto” cooked in a large pot, dishes to enjoy with wine, and a wine-barrel rolling race. Guests can also experience the “Yamanashi Nouveau Release Ceremony,” celebrating the November 3 release of Yamanashi Nouveau in a style unique to a wine resort.
