About "Yatsugatake Evening Cool Apéro"
"Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake," which organized "Yatsugatake Evening Cool Apéro," is a resort hotel conceptualized around the "wine resort," situated on the border between Yamanashi and Nagano Prefectures, two of Japan's leading wine-producing regions.
In addition to tasting wines born from this land, the resort aims to allow guests to enjoy wine throughout their stay by providing guided tours to wineries, meals paired with wine, and more.
Wanting to propose seasonal ways to enjoy wine as a wine resort, the hotel focused on chilled sparkling wine for summer to offer a refreshing sensation through "Yatsugatake Evening Cool Apéro."
The event was organized with the desire to have guests cool off in the plaza while gazing at the mountain scenery and enjoying wines from Yamanashi and Nagano Prefectures.
Sparkling Wines from Yamanashi & Nagano Make Their Appearance!
During "Yatsugatake Evening Cool Apéro," carefully selected sparkling wines from Yamanashi and Nagano Prefectures will be offered from among 10 varieties in a plaza overlooking the Southern Alps in front and the Yatsugatake mountains on the other side.
On the terrace where cool breezes blow, it is designed so you can relax and enjoy sparkling wine while lounging on sofas or swaying in hammocks.

・ "Kizan Sparkling Traditional Brut" (Kizan Winery / Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture)
In addition, RISONARE Yatsugatake's original sparkling wine "Tramonto," crafted by Cantina Hiro in Yamanashi Prefecture, will also make an appearance.
Made using Koshu grapes, it features a crisp taste with a well-balanced fruit sweetness and acidity, and is a wine that can only be enjoyed here.
