The 12,000 wine bottles used for the tree are primarily bottles of wine from Yamanashi and Nagano prefectures served at the hotel.
Visitors can enjoy dazzling lights that shift through the various colors and shapes of the bottles, reflecting the individuality of the producers on their labels.

The charm of "Wine Resort Christmas" goes beyond simply enjoying the beauty of glowing wine bottles along Piman Street.
First, a food truck located in the center of Piman Street offers a Western-style interpretation of "Hoto," a local specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture.
Featuring Christmas-inspired red bell peppers and Romanesco broccoli, it can be enjoyed with a soup full of concentrated vegetable umami and the savory flavor of Koshu miso.
In addition, the hotel's cafe, "BOOKS&CAFE," is offering a limited-time Christmas parfait.
