Here are the details.
About the "Wine Purifier"
The "Wine Purifier" is a unique product featuring a filter that specifically removes only sulfites.
Simply place it on top of a wine glass and pour wine through it from above; the wine is revived while essential flavor components and pigments remain intact.
American scientist and inventor Dr. James Cornacchi realized that his aunt could not drink wine due to sulfite sensitivity, and he developed this groundbreaking product for an estimated 3 million Americans troubled by this chemical compound.
It has now become an extremely popular product, with cumulative worldwide sales of 30 million units and over 200,000 loyal users.

It is said to have virtually no impact on essential flavor components such as anthocyanins, tannins, and aromatic compounds.
