About "Kaku-uchi Japanese Wine"
This edition of "Kaku-uchi Japanese Wine" will feature 15 Japanese wine labels from Yamagata, Yamanashi, Tokushima, and Ehime.
Guests can casually enjoy special pairing dishes created exclusively for this one day by the chef of the bistro cafe "SAN TROPEZ," who is also a certified sommelier, in a casual stand-and-sip style.
In addition, winemakers will make appearances as special guests.
This is a must-attend event for Japanese wine fans.

"SAN TROPEZ," where "Kaku-uchi Japanese Wine" will be held, is a bistro cafe where you can enjoy Japanese wine alongside delicious food, including stone-oven-baked pizzas and pasta made from quality ingredients.
Inside the restaurant, a modern, airy dining space and a chic lounge offer a resort-like ambiance where you can spend a relaxed and wonderful time.
Furthermore, the chef is Mr. Yu Shibusawa, who also holds sommelier certification.
