On Friday, June 11, 2021, a crowdfunding campaign was launched on CAMPFIRE for the documentary film "Vin Japonais ~the story of NIHON WINE", aiming to share the soul of Japan with the world.
Exceeding the target of 3,000,000 yen by raising "3,134,000 yen", the campaign concluded on Saturday, July 31.
Thanks to the encouragement of supporters who resonated with the concept of "sharing Japanese food culture, tradition, and agricultural craftsmanship with the world, centered on Japanese wine," the film production project has finally started in earnest!

In recent years, "Japanese wine" has been increasing its presence.
However, domestic recognition is still low, and overseas, many people are not even aware that wine is produced in Japan.
"Vin Japonais ~the story of NIHON WINE" is a film production project launched with the desire to change this situation.
The crowdfunding campaign was started in order to weave a story about the history and culture of Japanese wine, the people involved in it, the true capabilities of Japanese wine, and its future, and to share "Japanese wine" and the "soul of Japan" with the world in the form of a movie.

The campaign came to a finale with a total of 3,134,000 yen raised.

The Hokkaido Tour Starts in August
Filming for "Vin Japonais ~the story of NIHON WINE" has already begun in Yamanashi Prefecture, and the Hokkaido tour kicks off in early August.
According to the production team, the tour will continue afterward to various Japanese wine-producing regions.
