On Thursday, December 12, 2024, the 7th edition of the wine dinner series "Uncorked" by Executive Sommelier Satoru Mori will be held at "The Tavern Grill & Lounge," the main dining venue of Andaz Tokyo.
This edition will be held in collaboration with NIKI Hills Winery.

About the Wine Dinner Series "Uncorked"
The wine dinner series "Uncorked" is hosted by Andaz Tokyo's Executive Sommelier Satoru Mori.
Mr. Mori is a sommelier that Japan takes pride in, continually leading the Japanese wine scene and actively working in various fields as an ever-evolving sommelier.
This upcoming 7th edition of "Uncorked" will be held in collaboration with NIKI Hills Winery.
Event Details
For this event, winery representative Kazunori Ishikawa and chief winemaker Mamiko Ota will make an appearance to provide commentary on the winery and its wines.
