The “Tanoshimaru Spring Festival,” celebrating the arrival of spring, will be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 22–23.
Three producers of sake, shochu and wine will hold their annual cellar-opening events at the same time.

The Tanoshimaru Spring Festival is an event celebrating the arrival of spring.

These three producers will hold their cellar-opening events simultaneously.
What to expect
During the event, Wakatakeya Shuzojo plans special sales of the brewmaster’s hidden sake and fresh amazake available only that day. Beniotome Shuzo will offer spring-festival limited-edition spirits, a market and various games.
Kyoho Winery plans to sell new-release wines, hold its traditional festival wine lottery and present live music performances.
At Uchiyama Ryokuchi Construction, visitors can also enjoy special access to the office rooftop, making moss-ball plants, buying gardening goods and strolling beneath cascading weeping cherry blossoms.
A free shuttle bus will operate, making it easy to enjoy drinks without worrying about driving.
