The popular series welcomes wineries from across Japan and lets guests experience the terroir and passion of each producer alongside the refined modern French cuisine of Jean-Georges Tokyo.
For the third edition, the guest winery is Tsuno Wine from Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture.
The fruity, aromatic character of Tsuno Wine will resonate with Jean-Georges Tokyo’s innovative cuisine to create distinctive pairings.
