The original brand LA MAISON DE LA RIVIÈRE was planned by Nakamura Promotion Co., Ltd. and is contract-produced at NIKI Hills Village in Niki, Yoichi District, Hokkaido.
On November 12, 2025, Vintners Co., Ltd. will launch “Sumi-awa,” a Hokkaido sparkling wine for the restaurant and hospitality trade, with the product name and label independently developed by Vintners.
Here are the details.
About Sumi-awa
“Sumi-awa” is a coined name evoking crystal-clear bubbles and expressing Hokkaido’s pristine nature and delicate flavors.
The product name and label design were decided through discussions among Vintners employees.
Sumi-awa was created as an in-house original project, carefully reflecting the brand’s worldview.
