The lineup includes a free-flow tasting of Izu wines, a comparative tasting of premium wine vintages, and a special producer tour led directly by a winemaker.

【Wine Garden】
A 60-minute free-flow tasting featuring seven Izu wines made at Nakaizu Winery.
Light meals and finger foods will also be available in limited quantities.
【Premium Wine Vintage Comparison】
A tasting comparing three vintages of “Izu Petit Verdot”: 2019, 2020 and 2021.
This is a rare opportunity to try premium wines that have received awards at competitions including the Japan Wine Competition 2024 and the WASHU Award 2024.
【Producer Tour】
A popular special tour that takes guests from the vineyard to the winery.
Participants can hear fascinating stories about winemaking directly from a wine professional.
【Winemaker’s Dinner】
Under the concept “Wine Takes Center Stage,” the chef develops dishes designed to accompany a selection of wines. After tastings and refinements together with the winemaker and sommelier, guests can enjoy a special winery dining experience built around the finished pairings.
