A Pairing Course to Enjoy in the Vineyard
An exciting event was held at Shirayuri Winery in Yamanashi Prefecture.
At special tables set up inside the winery, guests enjoyed a truly wonderful experience: a pairing course crafted by the Akihabara-based innovative French restaurant "Aube", served alongside Shirayuri Winery's L'Orient wines.
The event is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 10 and Saturday, January 22, limited to 50 guests per session.

Wine and French Cuisine Enjoyed Under a Midwinter Blue Sky
Here is a report on the first event, held on January 10, 2022.
The event began with greetings from Shirayuri Winery's Uchida family, followed by an explanation of the vineyard by Managing Director Uchida, who had recently returned from France.
Then came the long-awaited wine and French cuisine pairing course.
We were blessed with glorious clear weather that hardly felt like midwinter, a deep blue sky, and pleasantly warm sunshine.
Furthermore, surrounded by wonderful music such as violin performances and singing, the event took place in an exceptional atmosphere, leaving all participants thoroughly satisfied!
