On Thursday, March 9, 2023, CruX Co., Ltd., a trading company specializing in Japanese wine,
will host a tasting event for restaurants under the theme of "Helping your restaurant choose its very first Japanese wine" at the headquarters showroom of Global Co., Ltd. (Toranomon, Tokyo), a general trading company of wine-related equipment.
Held in two sessions—Part 1 (from 11:00) and Part 2 (from 14:00)—
the event will offer about 30 varieties of Japanese wine, including sparkling, white wine, red wine, orange wine, rosé wine,
non-alcoholic wine, and juice.
Producers will also participate!
The participating wineries this time are the following three currently in the spotlight.
Each will gather with a variety of their recommended wines.
・Sun Mamoru Winery (Aomori Prefecture)
・Shirayuri Winery (Yamanashi Prefecture)
・GRAPE REPUBLIC (Yamagata Prefecture)
This is a great opportunity to taste and select wines while speaking directly with the producers.
In addition to the three wineries above, CruX-selected wines unique to a Japanese wine specialty trading company will also be available, allowing you to sample many wines.
