"Wine Traveling Through SETOUCHI" is crafted by Setouchi Jozo Sho, a winery and restaurant in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
It was born from the producer's wish: "With wines expressing the land of Setouchi—one of Japan's leading grape-growing regions with a long history—taking center stage, we want people to experience traveling through Setouchi at their dining table."
At this pairing dinner buffet, wines from the "Wine Traveling Through SETOUCHI" series produced by Setouchi Jozo Sho take center stage, served buffet-style alongside an array of dishes specially prepared by the hotel chef using abundant ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture and the Seto Inland Sea.
On the day of the event, the hotel's sommelier will suggest buffet dishes that match a diverse range of wines, including red, white, sparkling, rosé, and cider.
