This pairing course pairs dishes with wines from Sagamihara City's only winery, "Kentoku Winery."

For the "Sagamihara Wine Pairing Special Kaiseki," inspired by their encounter with Kentoku Winery—which manages everything from grape cultivation to brewing in Sagamihara, the same land where the Japanese restaurant "Tokitsuzuru" is located—the pairing course was planned with the desire to "complement local dining with a local glass."
Five types of wines brewed with grapes from Sagamihara are prepared to accompany the dishes.
Centering on popular signature dishes such as Sagami Pork and Sagami Beef shabu-shabu and the specialty clay pot rice, alongside seasonal appetizers and clay pot rice, the menu is curated with wine compatibility in mind.
