Featuring delicious Hokkaido ingredients and Japanese wine, it is a fair we especially recommend to fans of Japanese wine.

About “Good JAPAN: The Bounty of Hokkaido and Japanese Wine”
Royal Host’s “Good JAPAN” program is built around the theme “Enjoy the Bounty of Japan — Domestic Ingredients.” It supports producers and consumption of Japanese ingredients while offering menus designed to bring out the natural flavors of each ingredient.
For the first fair of the new year, the focus is on delicious Hokkaido ingredients and Japanese wine.
The seasonal lineup features seafood such as Hanasaki crab, salmon roe, cherry salmon and scallops, together with ingredients such as Kitaakari potatoes and mascarpone.
About the Wine
This fair will once again offer three Japanese wines — wines made with 100% Japan-grown grapes and vinified in Japan.
