Located in one of Japan’s leading wine-growing regions, Risonare Yatsugatake offers many ways to engage with wine, from varied drinking experiences to educational programs, activities, and accommodation plans.
The Ultimate Yamanashi Wine Stay was created to let guests fully experience wines from Yamanashi, internationally known as one of Japan’s premier wine regions.
Guests stay in the Wine Suite Maisonette, a suite designed specifically for enjoying wine, and spend two days and one night immersed in rare Yamanashi back vintages.

At main dining restaurant OTTO SETTE, a special dinner includes vertical tastings of rare Yamanashi wines.
Kizan Wine White 2001, 2012, and 2023 from Kizan Wine in Koshu City are paired with a vegetable assortment, creating a particularly luxurious tasting experience.
After dinner, Mars Yamanashi Winery “Vinho de Mars 1971” is served as a digestif. The in-room brunch includes a Brunch Box of grilled pork and highland vegetables paired with a room-exclusive half bottle from Domaine Mie Ikeno.
