About ProWine Tokyo 2025
ProWine Tokyo 2025 is Japan’s only and one of its largest dedicated wine and alcoholic-beverage trade exhibitions.
Based on ProWein, which has been held in Düsseldorf, Germany, for more than 30 years, the international trade show is designed for wine and alcohol professionals. In addition to providing business-meeting opportunities between buyers and more than 160 producers coming from around the world, it serves as an information-exchange platform for sustainable growth and aims to help solve market-wide challenges from production through foodservice.
This edition will feature programs built around the themes of labor shortages and inbound tourism.
Exhibits cover wine, beer, sake, shochu, awamori, spirits, craft beverages, non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, accessories, and services related to wine and alcohol. Visitors include professionals in alcohol and foodservice as well as press, media, government agencies, and industry organizations.
A Range of Exhibits
This year will feature Waisapo, described as an industry-first sommelier AI service that digitally transforms restaurant wine operations in one integrated system.
Press conferences, demonstrations, and seminars are scheduled inside the ProWine Tokyo venue.
More than 160 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions will participate, including many wines not yet imported into Japan.
Other programs include an exhibit by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association and a session in which Dassai discusses its overseas expansion strategy.
