From Monday, December 1, 2025 through Saturday, February 28, 2026, Karuizawa Marriott Hotel will offer its creative French dinner course “Prime Shinshu -Winter-.”
During the same period, the hotel will also offer a tasting set featuring wines from Domaine Hiroki.

About the Creative French Dinner Course
“Prime Shinshu -Winter-” is a winter-only creative French dinner course showcasing Shinshu ingredients and culinary traditions.
The special menu includes foie gras flan with buckwheat grains; mousse of carp and scallop inspired by koi-koku, paired with pan-seared lobster and an aromatic Shinshu-miso-based soup; and a luxurious duo of Shinshu Golden Gamecock and Shinshu Premium Beef fillet, all highlighting local ingredients and regional techniques.
A palate cleanser of nigori sake and yuzu granita is followed by dessert: a Shinshu-style take on the traditional French baba soaked with Nagano sake, bringing the winter dining experience to a close.
About the Wine Tasting Set
During the same period as the winter dinner course, the hotel will also offer “NAGANO WINE Discovery ～Winter～,” a recommended wine-tasting set designed to accompany dinner.
For winter 2025, the spotlight is on wines from Domaine Hiroki in Azumino-Ikeda, Shinshu, a winery recognized at this year’s Japan Wine Competition.
