At "Isawa Onsen Hotel Shinko" in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, operated by Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd., "Summer Satisfaction Buffet to Enjoy with All-You-Can-Drink 10 Yamanashi Wines" is kicking off.
The period runs from Tuesday, June 1, 2021, to Wednesday, July 21.

A Project Unique to Isawa Onsen Located in the "Wine Prefecture"
The development of Isawa-cho, Fuefuki City—the stage of this project—as a hot spring town began in 1961 (Showa 36), when an alkaline simple hot spring welled up from a vineyard in what is now Isawa-cho, Fuefuki City.
As many local farms had shifted from sericulture to grape growing and tourist vineyards, visitors to the hot springs also enjoyed grape picking, allowing Isawa Onsen and the surrounding vineyards to coexist and flourish.
Today, it has grown into one of the prominent hot spring destinations (tourist spots) not only in Yamanashi Prefecture, but across Japan as well.
The "Summer Satisfaction Buffet to Enjoy with All-You-Can-Drink 10 Yamanashi Wines" was planned by Hotel Shinko in Isawa Onsen to share the appeal of Yamanashi wine and Isawa Onsen, with the heartfelt wish that guests from within the prefecture, as well as from outside the prefecture once the COVID-19 pandemic subsides, will "become interested in Yamanashi and pay a visit."
It can be described as a luxurious project made possible precisely because the hot spring is located in the "Wine Prefecture."
The Appeal of All-You-Can-Drink 10 Yamanashi Wines
During the event period, this plan is available for an astounding 980 yen (90-minute limit, tax included). (*Scheduled to be offered at 1,980 yen after the launch campaign ends on July 21)
- A lineup of 10 labels ranging from sparkling to red wine
- The offered wines are preserved using wine dispensers with anti-oxidation functions.
- Two in-house sommeliers at the restaurant propose pairings of wine and recommended dishes
Exceeding the standard of typical hotel buffets, guests can enjoy the ultimate buffet experience achievable only at "Isawa Onsen Hotel Shinko."
