1. Operation of a boat exclusive to OMO5 Otaru guests
2. Toast with wine crafted by "OSA WINERY," a small-scale winery in Otaru
3. Appetizer set featuring sushi from Otaru's popular restaurant "Sushi-dokoro Maeda" makes its debut
On board, "tabi2022," a white wine made by "OSA WINERY" from 100% "Tabiji"—a grape variety originating in Otaru—will be served.
Crafted in pursuit of harmony with Otaru's sushi, this wine features a dry profile with aromas reminiscent of Japanese citrus and ginger, a rounded acidity, and a light astringency within its freshness.
And for the appetizers, sushi from "Sushi-dokoro Maeda," run by an Otaru-born owner-chef.
