In late February 2023 (planned), "Bar OcciGabi Wine," a wine bar centering on OcciGabi Wine, will open in Sapporo.
The establishment will reportedly be a bar focusing mainly on wines from the Japanese wine brand "OcciGabi."
Here are the details.
About "Bar OcciGabi Wine"
"Bar OcciGabi Wine" is a bar to be opened in Sapporo by doornot Inc., the designated sales company for "OcciGabi," a Japanese wine produced in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
It is planned to be a special place that mainly features genuine Japanese wine brewed at "OcciGabi Winery," located in Yoichi Town, Yoichi District, Hokkaido.
About OcciGabi Winery
OcciGabi Winery is a winery located in Yoichi Town, Yoichi District, Hokkaido.
Growing wine grapes from scratch on the winery grounds, allowing the fruit to overripen, and pressing and fermenting it while still fresh in the cellar—it is said that there are at least five, but fewer than ten, wineries in Japan capable of such vinification methods.
There is no other venue where you can casually enjoy authentic Japanese wine, which could once only be tasted in Yoichi, right in Sapporo.
Crowdfunding Now Underway
"Bar OcciGabi Wine" is currently conducting a crowdfunding campaign.
They decided to take on this crowdfunding project in order to open "Bar OcciGabi Wine," where guests can casually enjoy genuine Japanese wine crafted at OcciGabi Winery in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido, while in Sapporo.
Special reward returns are reportedly available, including "OcciGabi Winery Tour Tickets" and shipments of OcciGabiWine.
