"Numéro Trois" is the first original wine from Numéro Neuf Co., Ltd.
This time, they partnered with Kanda Vineyard, a winery boasting a history of over 110 years located in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture. Using Niagara from Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, Shine Muscat from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, and Niagara wine from Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, this 2023 vintage wine was created around the concept of a "trinity."
White wine made using table grapes
The raw ingredients for "Numéro Trois" are "Niagara from Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, and Shine Muscat from Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture."
By using these grapes, an aroma fills the mouth as if biting straight into fresh grapes, resulting in an elegant and fresh wine that showcases the distinct personality of "Numéro Trois" within a dry yet delicate flavor profile.
Furthermore, the winemaker is "Kanda Vineyard," with a history spanning over 110 years in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture.
In addition, a "Release Party" will be held on Thursday, February 29, at Daikanyama Hillside Banquet.
