The special pairing dinners featuring Hokkaido wine are events held at "The Lounge," the all-day dining restaurant of "Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono," a luxury mountain resort in Niseko, Hokkaido.
The marriage of gem-like flavors proudly presented by each winery and dishes created by the chef using Hokkaido ingredients offers a rich dining experience that allows you to savor the crystallization of Hokkaido's terroir.
Guests staying overnight on the dates will also be offered a welcome wine tasting at check-in.

The special pairing dinners will be held across two days: Sunday, September 15, and Saturday, September 21.
