The product is a sparkling wine brewed using Toki apples from Aomori Prefecture.

“Nikka Cidre Toki Apple” is made with 100% Toki apples, a rare variety produced in limited quantities.
It is characterized by refreshing sweetness, a pronounced aroma, and gentle acidity.
No sugar or flavorings are added, allowing the fresh taste of the apples themselves to come through.
The package prominently features an illustration and the name of the Toki apple in the center.
