A special winemaker's dinner to be held at NIKI Hills Winery.
This collaborative winemaker's dinner brings together Chef Yoshihiko Nemoto of Kyoto's popular Italian restaurant "RADICE," which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023, and Chef Naoki Nagai of NIKI Hills Winery's "Aperçu," which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024.
Participants will join the setting adhering to a dress code of "white," evoking the image of snow.
Held at a special venue offering sweeping views of Niki Town's vineyards and townscape, the event invites guests to enjoy a course meal and wine outdoors.
Details of the Winemaker's Dinner
For the winemaker's dinner "NATSUYUKI," participants are requested to follow a dress code (pure white) inspired by "snow falling over early summer vineyards," evocative of NIKI Hills Winery's flagship wine "HATSUYUKI."
After reception at NIKI Hills Winery at 16:00, a special winery tour will begin at 16:30.
Following that, the winemaker's dinner will start from 17:00.
The fee is 35,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge).
A plan that includes an overnight stay at NIKI Hills Winery is also available.
