WILDERNESS TOKYO is a network of tourism operators active in Tokyo's mountainous regions, where "WILDERNESS" refers to areas rich in nature, starting with national parks.
It is also a network infused with the vision of being a gathering of physically and spiritually rich individuals who cherish these areas as sanctuaries.
Operating primarily across six municipalities—Okutama Town, Hinohara Village, Akiruno City, Hinode Town, Ome City, and Hachioji City (Takao)—it continues to create new tourism businesses together with participating operators.

"Ishibune Dining" is a diner that just opened on April 19 inside Akigawa Valley Seoto-no-Yu, aiming to build a local following as a modern eatery that connects people and nature through locally sourced food.
The menu offers comforting post-bath dishes including inaka soba made with specially crafted noodles from Gonokami Seisakusho, Akigawa beef sirloin steak seared on a lava plate, sweetfish kamameshi, tare katsudon, and hamburg steak.
In addition, bottled wine from Akiruno City's winery Vineyard Tama can also be enjoyed.
