"Discover WAKAYAMA-Stay" is an accommodation plan with a dinner course offered by Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel.
At the restaurant "Grill & Dining G," which boasts spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, guests can savor a locally produced, locally consumed dinner course incorporating fermented foods from Wakayama Prefecture to fully appreciate the charms of Wakayama in winter.
A dinner course that lets you experience the appeal of Wakayama Prefecture is prepared, combining ingredients from Wakayama Prefecture such as "Kue" (longtooth grouper), a luxury fish representing Nanki-Shirahama, and Wakayama brand beef "Kumano Beef," with local fermented foods like Kinzanji miso and Yuasa soy sauce.
For example, starting with churros made from sake lees of Junmai Ginjo "Kuroushi," the hors d'oeuvre of Katsuura tuna is served with Yuasa hishio and Arita mikan sauce.
During your stay, you can choose from room types such as ocean-view guest rooms with hot springs or Japanese-Western style rooms, and also enjoy bathing in the open-air observation bath on the top floor.
