Risonare Yatsugatake will begin selling Domaine Mie Ikeno’s “Mie Ikeno 2023 Millésime,” a premium wine nurtured in Yatsugatake, exclusively to hotel guests from June 14.
The Mie Ikeno 2023 Millésime range includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.

About Domaine Mie Ikeno
Domaine Mie Ikeno is a winery located on a small hill at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains.
Risonare Yatsugatake has partnered with Domaine Mie Ikeno since 2006 and is able to begin sales on the same day the winery releases its wines.
This year, guests can again enjoy the wines according to their style of stay—pairing them with cuisine at the main dining restaurant OTTO SETTE, purchasing them at the Yatsugatake Wine House, or relaxing with them in their rooms.
About Mie Ikeno 2023 Millésime
The Mie Ikeno 2023 Millésime release consists of three wines: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.
★ Mie Ikeno Chardonnay 2023
Top notes of citrus and pear are followed by aromas of cinnamon, biscuit, cultured butter, quince, and other ripe yellow fruits. It has firm acidity yet a soft, smooth texture, with fruit and acidity integrated in a well-balanced Chardonnay.
★ Mie Ikeno Pinot Noir 2023
The wine opens with mulberry and plum, spicy clove, and earthy coffee-like aromas, with Earl Grey emerging on the finish. Fine, precise tannins and a silky mouthfeel create a beautifully balanced Pinot Noir.
★ Mie Ikeno Merlot 2023
Fresh plum, green pepper nuances, and cacao nib aromas appear simultaneously in a multilayered attack. Roundness is supported by vivid acidity, expressing the terroir of Yatsugatake.
