Mercian Corporation will release three nouveau wines on Monday, November 3: “Nihon no Awa Nouveau 2025,” “Chateau Mercian Japan Nouveau Yamanashi Koshu 2025,” and “Chateau Mercian Japan Nouveau Yamanashi Muscat Bailey A 2025.”

About the Nouveau Wines
This year’s lineup includes the new sparkling wine “Nihon no Awa Nouveau 2025.” In addition, the popular “Chateau Mercian Japan Nouveau Yamanashi Koshu 2025” and “Chateau Mercian Japan Nouveau Yamanashi Muscat Bailey A 2025,” previously sold only in the Yamanashi area, will be released nationwide.
Through these releases, Mercian hopes to help pass on the culture of enjoying Japanese nouveau wine and generate further interest in Japanese wine together with the wine-producing regions associated with Chateau Mercian.
