“Masters of Food & Wine 2026” will be held at Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO for three days from Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13, 2026.

This Park Hyatt culinary event series shines a spotlight on the people, ingredients and stories that make Hokkaido one of the world’s leading gastronomic destinations.

About “Masters of Food & Wine 2026”

“Masters of Food & Wine 2026” is Park Hyatt’s culinary event series highlighting the people, ingredients and stories that make Hokkaido one of the world’s leading gastronomic destinations.

Michelin-starred restaurants and hard-to-book establishments that attract gourmands from Japan and abroad, internationally acclaimed chefs, producers and artisans will gather in Niseko. Together with Hokkaido’s exceptional ingredients and craftsmanship, they will create a three-day-only gastronomic experience possible nowhere else.
