About Miyazaki Beef
At the "Miyazaki Beef & Miyazaki Wine Fair", you can enjoy both the "phantom rare cuts" and the "highest grade cuts" of Miyazaki beef at the same time.
During the period, rare cuts such as "Chikarakobu" (biceps femoris), of which only about 1 to 1.5 kg can be harvested per cattle of the branded "Miyazaki Beef", will be served.
In addition, the highest grade cut of Miyazaki beef, "sirloin", will also be available.
Tsuno Wine Will Also Be Served!
In this fair, wines from "Tsuno Winery" will also be offered as a winery crafting beverages that pair wonderfully with Miyazaki beef.
Under the theme of "All for the day it becomes the 'Tsuno Wine of the World'", it is a famous winery known to every Japanese wine fan, producing wines using 100% locally grown grapes.
