On Saturday, November 28, 2026, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba will host a special dinner event in collaboration with Tamba Wine.
The event will bring together a leading winery and the only sake brewery in Kyotamba for a rare evening celebrating the region’s drinks.
About the Dinner Event
This special dinner event will offer a cross-pairing experience created by Tamba Wine, a winery based in Kyotamba, Kyoto Prefecture, and Choro Shuzo, the town’s only sake brewery.
A special dinner course featuring seasonal ingredients will be served alongside wines made by Tamba Wine and sake from Choro Shuzo.
Event Details
The planned pairings include Choro Shuzo’s “Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu (brewery-exclusive)” and Tamba Wine’s “Kyoto Tamba Pinot Noir 2023,” among other selections.
The event will also welcome Wataru Terai, the brewery owner and toji master brewer of Choro Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Kyotamba.
It is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from a producer.
