About "A Wine and Food Journey Woven by the Blessings of Shinshu"
"A Wine and Food Journey Woven by the Blessings of Shinshu" is a project held in collaboration between "Manns Wine Komoro Winery," celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and "Restaurant Kei," where guests can enjoy Shinshu French cuisine and wine.
It is a day tour where you can taste and gain a deep understanding of the charms of wine and food originating from Shinshu.
Tour Highlights
On the day of the event, the tour begins with a winery tour including a tasting at Komoro Winery, the home of Manns Wine's premium Solaris wine series, followed by a guided tour of the vineyards in the Higashiyama district of Ueda City, where 1 of the wines paired at dinner is born.
Furthermore, participants will move to Restaurant Kei in Kakeyu Onsen to enjoy a maker's dinner.
At dinner, a central figure in launching the Solaris series—who holds both the French National Oenologist Diploma and the wine tasting qualification from the University of Bordeaux—will provide a special service explaining the pairing wines.
You can enjoy 1 luxurious day relishing the Solaris series wines and Shinshu French cuisine that boldly arranges rare ingredients from Shinshu.
Participants are limited to 15 guests.
