On Saturday, March 22, “Rossi × Hokkaido Maker's Party” will be held at Rossi / The Top on the 20th floor of THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL.
It will be a delicious evening featuring food ingredients and wine from some of Japan's most talked-about producers.

About “Rossi × Hokkaido Maker's Party”
“Rossi × Hokkaido Maker's Party” is a one-night event bringing together popular Hokkaido producers admired by food lovers, including young winemaker Hiroaki Kaneda, who has attracted attention for making wine from estate-grown grapes in Yoichi. Guests will be able to enjoy the producers' wines, cheese, meat and more.
From the many producers Rossi has encountered, the event gathers in one place a selection of popular makers from Hokkaido, famed as a treasure house of food.
About the Program
On the day, top-quality wines and ingredients will be prepared in abundance together with producers of wine, cheese, meat and more who are currently drawing attention in Japan.
It is a special opportunity to enjoy food and wine while hearing directly from the producers about what makes their products distinctive.

The event will be set up festival-style with booths where guests can purchase a wide variety of wines and dishes using tickets.
