The Kushiro General Subprefectural Bureau of the Hokkaido Government has updated the “Kushiro Sake MAP.”
New wineries have also been added.

About the “Kushiro Sake MAP”
The Kushiro area is located in eastern Hokkaido and consists of eight municipalities: Kushiro City, Kushiro Town, Akkeshi Town, Hamanaka Town, Shibecha Town, Teshikaga Town, Tsurui Village, and Shiranuka Town. The region is known for its exceptionally cool summers.
Blessed with a rich natural environment, the area is also known for a wide variety of delicious local drinks and foods. To promote the region through alcoholic beverages produced within the Kushiro area, the “Kushiro Sake MAP,” which brings together information on local drinks, was first created in March 2024.
Since then, the number of alcohol producers in the area has continued to grow.
The “Kushiro Sake MAP” has now been updated accordingly.
New Wineries Added!
The newly added producers are:
・Teshikaga Winery (Teshikaga Town)
・Kussharo Caldera Winery (Teshikaga Town)
・Yuitoriere (Akkeshi Town)
More new wineries have joined the Kushiro area of Hokkaido, already popular as a region producing excellent wines.
