From Thursday, June 1 to Thursday, August 31, 2023, the Mt. Fuji-shaped gourmet burger "Koshu Wine Beef Mt. Fuji Burger" will be on sale at Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka.

Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka's gourmet burgers spotlight local Yamanashi ingredients that change with the seasons.
This summer, born from the chef's desire to depict the majestic view of Mt. Fuji seen from Lake Yamanaka, the "Koshu Wine Beef Mt. Fuji Burger" arrives, crafted with brioche buns baked into the shape of Mt. Fuji.
Original brioche buns drizzled with cheese fondue to resemble snow-capped Mt. Fuji luxuriously sandwich a 100% "Koshu Wine Beef" patty, "Koshu Fujizakura Pork" bacon, Yamanashi tomatoes, and more.
To allow guests to enjoy a change of flavor, it is served accompanied by a spicy ratatouille sauce made with plenty of summer vegetables and Death Sauce.
You'll also want to pair it with Koshu wine!
For sides, in addition to French fries and onion rings that pair well with the burger, original pickles marinated in Koshu wine vinegar are also served.
The supervising chef commented, "To achieve a sense of volume, we went through repeated trial and error regarding the types and amounts of flour and yeast, fine-tuning the butter and moisture content in the dough, as well as fermentation times and baking temperatures, and in the end, I believe we brought it very close to the image I had in mind."
It is a luxurious creation that will also make you want to pair it with Koshu wine.
