Here are the details.
"Koriyama Agriculture and Food - From 1 Seed to the Dining Table -"
"Koriyama Agriculture and Food - From 1 Seed to the Dining Table -" is an event held to commemorate the release of "THINK DISHES GROW VEGETABLES," a short film documenting the new vision of agriculture pursued by young vegetable farmers in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, and the cuisine created by chefs working alongside them.
This marks its first time being held in Tokyo.
As the event's main feature, the producers and chefs who star in the film are collaborating to open a 1-day-only pop-up restaurant.
Visitors can enjoy dishes symbolic of the film while watching the video on a large screen.
Koriyama wines will also be at the marche!
In addition, the event offers programs where you can see, eat, learn, and experience—including Marche Koriyama, a SAKE BAR, and workshops—to fully savor the diversity and "truly delicious" flavors of Fukushima Prefecture's agriculture and food originating from Koriyama City.
At the Frontier Farmers Marche, Fukushima Ouse Winery from Koriyama City and others will also make an appearance.
If you are nearby or interested, be sure to check it out.
