High Hopes for the Future! A Drone Experience Event Was Held at the "Spring Wine Festival" Hosted by Kobe Winery!

In recent years, many initiatives involving the aerial shooting of vineyards with drones have been seen.

Amidst this trend, a drone experience event was held at the "Spring Wine Festival" hosted by Kobe Winery, which took place from Tuesday, May 3 to Thursday, May 5.

Here are the details.

Drone Experience at the "Spring Wine Festival"!

This drone experience event was provided by Drone Jo+, a community managed by Kanatta Inc.

It was reportedly conducted for parents and children at the "Spring Wine Festival" of "Kobe Winery."

The program provided participants with hands-on piloting of an aerial photography drone (DJI Mini 2) and supplied the aerial images captured, offering an experience of photographing the Agricultural Park on the winery's grounds from the sky.

The Combination of Winery and Drones

The "Spring Wine Festival" held by "Kobe Winery" is an annual popular event.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of experiences including food and drink, workshops, hands-on sessions, and miscellaneous goods sales, and this time, a drone experience was also added.

Some may feel there is no connection between wineries and drones, but prestigious wine-producing regions around the world actively release footage of vineyards shot with drones, using them as an optimal method to showcase the scenic beauty of vast vineyards.

Although the participants this time were parents and children, holding similar hands-on events at Japanese wineries in the future could deepen the relationship between wineries and drones even further.

It was likely an important experience session for showcasing the beauty of the vineyards where Japanese wine is born.

Appealingly Promoting Japanese Wine!

While wine is naturally the appeal of a winery, aspects like the beauty of the vineyards and the surrounding area must not be forgotten.

Offering such beautiful landscapes—possible precisely through aerial photography—is sure to be a positive for Japanese wine.

Let us look forward not only to the future activities of Drone Jo+, but also to the development of Japanese wine and drones.
