Kumamoto Wine Farm is releasing “Kikuka Night Harvest Kobushino 2022” through a lottery sale limited to Kumamoto Wine Farm members.
It is a rare wine that won an award at Chardonnay du Monde 2025, the international Chardonnay competition held in Burgundy, France.

About the “Kikuka Night Harvest” Series
For the “Kikuka Night Harvest” series, the winemakers themselves work in the vineyards and carefully select only grapes from parcels that are healthy yet show clear individuality and potential.
Harvest takes place at night, when temperatures are low and the fruit is in its best condition, helping maximize the grapes' natural freshness and concentration.
About “Kikuka Night Harvest Kobushino 2022”
For “Kikuka Night Harvest Kobushino 2022” and the rest of the series, all grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by skin contact to extract rich, characterful juice.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out entirely in French oak barrels. After malolactic fermentation, several months of bâtonnage are used to carefully build depth and harmony.
After bottling, the wine is aged for about two years in an underground cellar and released when maturation has brought it to its highest level of completeness. Now internationally recognized, it is a bottle that expresses both the terroir of Kikuka and the producer's philosophy.
“Kikuka Night Harvest Kobushino 2022” is priced at ¥7,458 including tax.
