From Monday, September 1 through Sunday, November 30, 2025, Hotel La Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin will offer a special plan called “Dégustation Libre,” allowing guests to freely taste Japanese wines.
Available only in autumn, this is a must-see accommodation plan for Japanese wine fans: compare wines freely and discover the glass that suits you best.

About the Special Plan
This autumn-only plan at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin is offered at the same price as the hotel’s standard two-meal accommodation plan while including free tasting of Japanese wines.
The lineup includes hard-to-obtain labels made possible through wine concierge Mr. Yoshida’s relationships with Japanese wineries built over more than 20 years.
During dinner, guests can compare eight Japanese wines alongside a full French course featuring autumn ingredients from Shinshu.
About the Wines
In addition to the luxurious tasting of eight Japanese wines at the same price as the standard plan, two features deserve particular attention:
★ A lineup that includes wines considered difficult to obtain anywhere in Japan
★ A limited appearance by “Cuvée Yoshida”
The selection includes Japanese wines from small-production wineries with limited distribution, including Kido Winery in Nagano and Domaine Keros in Yamagata.
